We have in stock over 500 titles on calligraphy and related subjects that are of interest to calligraphers such as traditional and contemporary bookbinding, papermaking, greeting cards, heraldry, Celtic arts, illumination, the history of writing, and ideas on things to write. Our Goals

To provide the highest level of service to our customers.

To provide help and advise to help calligraphers, lettering artists, bookbinders, etc to advance thier studies. 
 

To provide a community site so that calligraphers worldwide can support each other

To provide free advertising for calligraphy groups worldwide in their contact information, programmes, workshops, exhibitions, etc.

Calligraphity was founded in 1993 when I realised that the number of books that were normally available in the High Street Bookshops was only a fraction of those available worldwide. I set out to have the widest range of titles on calligraphy and related subjects available directly from stock and I firmly belive that you will not find as extensive range anywhere else in the world. We also carry an extensive range of used books. However, if by chance there is something you want that is not listed in this site, please contact us as we love the challange of finding books that we do not have.
